The
contrast between Moses and Jesus continues. Moses died. Jesus is the
Lord: “The Lord said to my Lord, ‘Sit at My right hand until I make Your
enemies a footstool for Your feet” (Luke 20:42-43). In Him, we have the promise of eternal life: “God will redeem my life from the grave; He will surely take me to Himself” (Psalm 49:15).
